Consistent Monthly Email Plan
First Tuesday of the month @10:00am
Blake is expected to generate monthly emails for this through Pipedrive and create a email for this month for dealers.
Amanda is expected to schedule the launch and personalization factor to make it look like it's coming from another person.
Tom is expected to search for unassigned dealers in Pipedrive
Check under Brad and Andrew.

Conversation with Pipedrive: Automation vs Personalization
You can change the senders name, but not the email address your signed into.
For example: Change name, not email, Amanda Hendrickson to Blake Earnest.
This feature is not available through Microsoft services as Microsoft servers do not allow editing the sender’s name.
To conclude, it will not work.
You can add more than one email to your Pipedrive Email Sync Settings.
So hypothetically one person OR all, could have access to everyone's email, in order to send emails through a different person.
You don’t have to go through authentication every time you use someone else's email.
Test Email
A test email was sent to locate challenges under a different sender’s address. It looks like, all we would have to do is change the signature.
Once you add the new email in, you can quickly switch back and forth between email address.
Challenges with Group Email - Limited # of emails you can send
Current amount you can send is 100 Contacts/Group Email
According to my conversation with Pipedrive, there is no way around this.
We would have to send multiple Group emails.
Filters have been made previously to this project, so wouldn’t have to do much work from behind the scenes.
To conclude, this COULD work, but it could have challenges.
Decision was made by Andrew and Amanda; this is the route we are going to take.
