Dear Ms. Lerner,

Bish Enterprises is thrilled to support PanXchange’s proposal submitted to the United States Department of Agriculture Climate-Smart Commodities Partnership program.

Bish Enterprises' overarching purpose in hemp is to exhibit market expertise through market solutions and influence.

The program PanXchange is developing makes us excited. Non ecofriendly commodities are a huge competitor against the global industrial hemp market. Hemp needs to expand their reach to recognize its profitable opportunity(s) for carbon sequestration. Climate-friendly behaviors are rewarded.

PanXchange is ideal for dealing with these significant challenges. We have witnessed them bring their commodity expertise to the hemp industry since 2018 and seen amazing advances such as the Barchart and PanXchange announcement as strategic partners. Their expertise of commodities market dynamics and how it will affect the expansion of the US hemp business is unmatched.

We have learned about PanXchange's model on how to build a carbon program that allows our producers to incorporate alternative crops, introduce regenerative practices to their fields, and become more profitable in the process. Between the educational sessions offered by Julie, Seth, and the amazing group at PanXchange, and the tremendously valuable resources they have to offer, they are consistently committed to ensuring their farmers have everything they need to be successful. Combined with their carbon trading platform that connects buyers and sellers, and their Verified Carbon Standard that ensures all carbon offsets are real and quantifiable, you can be confident in your carbon trading. Because of these features, we proudly recommend PanXchange to all the producers we work with.

We admire PanXchange's and USDA's foresight in providing an agricultural and climate-smart answer to a global challenge. Industrial hemp will boost agricultural production's adaptability in a changing environment, and it represents a critical potential for producing alternative crops to maintain American agriculture's sustainability and worldwide competitiveness in the present and in the future.

Sincerely,

Andrew Bish
