Culture Change: Professionals Just Don't Get it

Culture change has been a long battle among the United States.

In 2019, workplaces are becoming more culturally diverse as population rises. The Social Issue blog is interesting as it makes me question, are Americans leaping to incorrect conclusions, both professionally and personally, about other cultures or is it because Americans are unfamiliar with culture itself.
